Role Overview
The Accounts Payable Specialist position is a part-time remote role focused on daily financial operations. Responsibilities include accurately processing and reviewing vendor invoices, maintaining precise payment records, and managing expense reports following company guidelines. The specialist will also prepare and post accounting journal entries, aid in account reconciliations, and provide support during month-end closing tasks as required. This position demands vigilance in identifying and addressing discrepancies, effective communication with internal teams and vendors, and compliance with established accounting policies. Qualifications and Skills
- Solid understanding of accounting and financial principles.
