Internship Overview

Join BiteSpeed, a Sequoia-backed SaaS startup dedicated to empowering e-commerce brands through conversational commerce. We support over 2000 Shopify stores in more than 50 countries, helping them increase revenue by over 20% via innovative tools like WhatsApp marketing campaigns, chatbots, and omnichannel support.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in cold calling prospects to initiate genuine conversations.
• Design and manage cold email outreach campaigns that avoid appearing spammy.
• Identify and assess potential leads to support the sales team effectively.
• Work closely with Account Executives to schedule meetings with prospective clients.
• Keep the CRM system updated with precise and current prospect details.
• Conduct market research to develop targeted prospect lists.
• Regularly refine outreach communication scripts and messages to improve engagement.

Desired Qualifications and Attributes

• Aspiration and enthusiasm for sales (bonus if you have imaginative sales experience).
• Recent graduates or individuals who have completed college education.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.
• Proactive with strong ownership mindset and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Interest in building a career in sales, startups, or the SaaS sector seeking substantive, practical experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• Availability for a full-time, in-office internship in Bangalore.
• Can start the internship between July 23, 2026, and August 27, 2026.
• Willingness to commit to a 6-month internship period.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 15,000 to 20,000.
• Earn a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
