Internship Overview

Join BiteSpeed, a Sequoia-backed SaaS startup dedicated to empowering e-commerce brands through conversational commerce. We support over 2000 Shopify stores in more than 50 countries, helping them increase revenue by over 20% via innovative tools like WhatsApp marketing campaigns, chatbots, and omnichannel support.

Key Responsibilities

Engage in cold calling prospects to initiate genuine conversations.
Design and manage cold email outreach campaigns that avoid appearing spammy.
Identify and assess potential leads to support the sales team effectively.
Work closely with Account Executives to schedule meetings with prospective clients.
Keep the CRM system updated with precise and current prospect details.
Conduct market research to develop targeted prospect lists.
Regularly refine outreach communication scripts and messages to improve engagement.

Desired Qualifications and Attributes

Aspiration and enthusiasm for sales (bonus if you have imaginative sales experience).
Recent graduates or individuals who have completed college education.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.
Proactive with strong ownership mindset and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
Interest in building a career in sales, startups, or the SaaS sector seeking substantive, practical experience.

Eligibility Criteria

Availability for a full-time, in-office internship in Bangalore.
Can start the internship between July 23, 2026, and August 27, 2026.
Willingness to commit to a 6-month internship period.

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly stipend ranging from INR 15,000 to 20,000.
Earn a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
