Overview

AMWAJ Group of Companies is seeking a skilled Water Treatment Technician to join their team in Qatar. The role involves maintaining and servicing water treatment systems, particularly focusing on Reverse Osmosis (RO) units and healthcare-related water standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline, spanning at least three years.
Certificates must be attested by the Qatar Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
Extensive hands-on training and practical experience with RO and water treatment installations.
Between five and seven years of experience working in water treatment environments.
A minimum of three years' experience within the healthcare sector, emphasizing water quality for medical purposes.

Technical Expertise

In-depth understanding of RO systems, dialysis water quality standards, and Legionella bacteria control processes.
Competency in reading and interpreting Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), mechanical schematics, and maintenance documentation.
Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to record preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
