Overview
Combuzz HR Solutions is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales department based in Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE. This full-time position involves reaching out to prospective and current customers to promote our recruitment, outsourcing, payroll, and HR consulting services.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients across diverse industries within the UAE.
- Effectively promote the company's HR-related services including recruitment and payroll solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and arrange meetings for the business development team.
- Create and manage a comprehensive database of potential clients.
- Identify clients’ hiring requirements and introduce appropriate HR service offerings.
- Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
- Keep detailed records of all client interactions within the CRM system.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation goals.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment and business development teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Stay informed about recruitment trends, labor market changes, and competitor offerings in the UAE.
- Compile daily and weekly performance reports.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Have 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, lead generation, or inside sales.
- Familiarity with the UAE market is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Able to perform under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR outsourcing services is beneficial.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging between AED 3000 to AED 4000, supplemented by incentives.
- Visa status: own visa or freelance.

Language Preferences
