Job Overview

Millennium World is seeking a Telesales Executive based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The role involves engaging with customers through both outbound and inbound calls to promote products or services and arrange appointments.

Primary Duties

Make cold and warm calls to potential clients to advertise offerings and schedule meetings.
Manage customer relationship management (CRM) software to accurately log all customer communications and updates.
Pursue and convert leads by following up with prospects, nurturing relationships, and closing sales to achieve targets.
Address customer queries and complaints professionally, providing clear and helpful support.
Prepare and analyze performance reports on a daily and weekly basis to inform team leaders.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 15000 to 25000 INR.
