Telesales Executive

Job Overview

Millennium World is seeking a Telesales Executive based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The role involves engaging with customers through both outbound and inbound calls to promote products or services and arrange appointments.

Primary Duties

• Make cold and warm calls to potential clients to advertise offerings and schedule meetings.
• Manage customer relationship management (CRM) software to accurately log all customer communications and updates.
• Pursue and convert leads by following up with prospects, nurturing relationships, and closing sales to achieve targets.
• Address customer queries and complaints professionally, providing clear and helpful support.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports on a daily and weekly basis to inform team leaders.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 15000 to 25000 INR.
