About the Role

Elaris Talent Solutions is actively seeking dynamic Telecaller Executives eager to join immediately. This full-time role is based in Delhi and focuses on sales through effective communication and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct telephonic sales and client interactions.
Engage potential customers to present and sell company products.
Convert leads into successful sales through persuasive negotiation.
Address customer queries and provide supportive handling to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade completion.
At least one year of experience in product sales is essential.
Proficient communication abilities with an average to good skill level.
Confident and customer-oriented attitude.

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly in-hand salary ranging from 18,000 to 20,000 INR.
