About the Role
Elaris Talent Solutions is actively seeking dynamic Telecaller Executives eager to join immediately. This full-time role is based in Delhi and focuses on sales through effective communication and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic sales and client interactions.
- Engage potential customers to present and sell company products.
- Convert leads into successful sales through persuasive negotiation.
- Address customer queries and provide supportive handling to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade completion.
- At least one year of experience in product sales is essential.
- Proficient communication abilities with an average to good skill level.
- Confident and customer-oriented attitude.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly in-hand salary ranging from 18,000 to 20,000 INR.
