A consulting-style approach to problem solving is important, especially one that uses data to build tailored solutions. You should be comfortable working with information, producing clear visual presentations, and handling multiple priorities while remaining accurate and organised.
You will also need to work effectively with different stakeholders, communicate clearly across teams, and support collaboration. The role calls for someone who understands people and organisational development trends, thinks strategically, and can connect day-to-day work to broader talent initiatives.
