About the Role

Join RG's Fashions as a Store Sales Executive based in Kolkata, West Bengal, where you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly welcome customers, comprehend their needs, and guide them in choosing appropriate apparel and accessories.
Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals by leveraging thorough product knowledge and employing sales techniques such as suggestive selling, cross-selling, and upselling, all while ensuring a rewarding shopping environment.
Uphold the store’s visual merchandising standards through stock replenishment, product arrangement, accurate price labeling, and maintaining a tidy and orderly sales floor.
Assist in store operations including billing procedures, transaction processing, managing fitting rooms, participating in inventory checks, and following company standard operating procedures alongside loss prevention policies.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging from INR 10500 to INR 11500.
