About the Role
Join RG's Fashions as a Store Sales Executive based in Kolkata, West Bengal, where you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome customers, comprehend their needs, and guide them in choosing appropriate apparel and accessories.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals by leveraging thorough product knowledge and employing sales techniques such as suggestive selling, cross-selling, and upselling, all while ensuring a rewarding shopping environment.
- Uphold the store’s visual merchandising standards through stock replenishment, product arrangement, accurate price labeling, and maintaining a tidy and orderly sales floor.
- Assist in store operations including billing procedures, transaction processing, managing fitting rooms, participating in inventory checks, and following company standard operating procedures alongside loss prevention policies.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging from INR 10500 to INR 11500.
