rebel Orange is seeking a dynamic Store Manager who leads actively and energetically. This opportunity entails leading a team of over 15 members, enhancing team performance, and overseeing sales and visual merchandising with attentiveness. The role involves shaping a high-energy and people-focused culture within a growing team, setting an example on the sales floor, and cultivating a winning team spirit.
Work Schedule and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of 15 or more to deliver excellent customer service.
- Coach employees and elevate team performance consistently.
- Maintain keen oversight of sales targets and visual merchandising standards.
- Engage in hands-on leadership presence on the sales floor.
- Manage inventory control, health and safety protocols, store security, and basic financial reporting duties.
Candidate Requirements
- Experienced in senior retail management positions with a proven leadership record.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service delivery.
- Skilled at motivating diverse team members and managing varied personalities effectively.
- Strong capabilities in staff training, driving sales, and attaining performance goals.
- Proficient in visual merchandising, stock management, safety compliance, and financial tasks.
