Role Overview

The Senior Manager - Design Execution will take full responsibility for converting design concepts into completed projects. This role entails leading the full project life cycle—from design handover to fabrication, logistics, and installation—while collaborating with designers, artisans, vendors, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive execution of multiple bespoke projects nationwide.
• Lead the Design Execution team and site supervisors.
• Translate design concepts into actionable execution plans, setting timelines and milestones.
• Develop project budgets, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and procurement strategies, maintaining close cost tracking.
• Ensure fabrication quality and adherence to production schedules.
• Manage logistics, dispatch, and on-site installations efficiently.
• Address site-related challenges while safeguarding quality, budgets, and deadlines.
• Collaborate extensively with designers, artisans, vendors, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with artisan and fabrication partners.
• Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), project tracking tools, and documentation to optimize execution processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• 7 to 10 years of professional experience in project execution within interiors, exhibitions, retail fit-outs, hospitality projects, custom fabrication, or related sectors.
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a similar discipline.
• Proficiency in interpreting architectural and interior design drawings.
• Practical knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and project management software tools.
• Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, cost estimation, vendor management, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across India for project oversight and site supervision.
