Role Purpose
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Support Second-in-Command (2IC) to collaborate closely with the Sales Support Manager in leading and nurturing our front-of-house team. This team handles all crucial customer-facing processes. Additionally, the role involves assisting with back-of-house operations, ensuring compliance with internal audits, and timely completion of daily administrative duties.
Work Schedule
- Tuesday: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
- Wednesday to Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Candidate Profile
We seek a candidate with proven retail experience in a large-scale big-box retail environment. The ideal individual should demonstrate solid leadership capabilities and effective written and spoken communication skills. Importantly, a passion for improving experiences for both customers and staff is essential.
