Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the expert on shoe products, enhancing the department's performance through knowledgeable assistance.
• Represent and uphold Skechers' brand image and adhere to training protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
• Effectively upsell accessories and apparel in addition to footwear.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to empower customers and team members.
• Collaborate closely with stockroom staff and management to ensure optimal product fit and availability.
• Mentor fellow sales team members by sharing product insights and customer service skills.
• Engage with customers to build loyalty and foster lasting brand supporters.
• Keep the sales area tidy, inviting, and well-stocked throughout the day.
• Arrange shoe displays to attract attention and facilitate smooth stock handling.
• Take a leading role on the floor during peak times, demonstrating energy and enthusiasm.
• Ensure shelves are consistently replenished and visually appealing.
• Apply creativity to maintain compelling and on-brand visual merchandising standards.
• Exhibit flexibility in physical tasks ranging from reaching elevated displays to lower shelves.
