About The Role
Join Mind Retail as an Assistant Shop Manager where you will collaborate closely with the Shop Manager and shop team, including volunteers, to drive sales and profitability. Every sale contributes to funding vital mental health support services offered by Mind, benefiting one in four individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining high shop standards and ensuring exceptional customer service to create a welcoming community hub. In the Shop Manager's absence, you will oversee daily operations and overall shop performance.
