About the Role
We are seeking a personable and well-organized Restaurant Host to become a valued member of our team. As the initial point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating an inviting, lively, and smooth casual dining atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome each guest with genuine enthusiasm and positive energy.
- Efficiently monitor available tables and seat visitors promptly.
- Manage the waitlist by providing accurate wait time information and coordinating walk-in guests effectively.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, manage reservation bookings, and address menu-related questions.
- Ensure the host station and entrance are kept clean, neat, and organized.
- Assist team members during busy periods by clearing tables or checking on guests as needed.
Qualifications
- A friendly, outgoing demeanor with a commitment to teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.
- Capability to stand and move quickly for extended durations.
- Availability to work during busy shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
