We are seeking a personable and well-organized Restaurant Host to become a valued member of our team. As the initial point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating an inviting, lively, and smooth casual dining atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome each guest with genuine enthusiasm and positive energy.
• Efficiently monitor available tables and seat visitors promptly.
• Manage the waitlist by providing accurate wait time information and coordinating walk-in guests effectively.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, manage reservation bookings, and address menu-related questions.
• Ensure the host station and entrance are kept clean, neat, and organized.
• Assist team members during busy periods by clearing tables or checking on guests as needed.

Qualifications

• A friendly, outgoing demeanor with a commitment to teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.
• Capability to stand and move quickly for extended durations.
• Availability to work during busy shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
