Position Overview

This role leads the EMEA Ads Solutions team, playing a pivotal part in accelerating revenue growth, cultivating strategic advertiser partnerships, and influencing the future direction of advertising products in key markets. Reporting directly to the VP of Global Ads Solutions, the position is integral to the executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and cultivate a high-performing, client-focused team comprising Client Partners and Customer Success Managers across EMEA.
• Develop strategic plans for regional growth, including market prioritization and partnerships with agencies, technology providers, channel partners, and resellers.
• Oversee regional revenue targets and business performance across multiple countries, ensuring achievement of growth objectives.
• Create and implement the EMEA commercial strategy to boost advertiser acquisition, retention, and growth.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success leaders to enhance customer engagement throughout the advertiser lifecycle.
• Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and strategic collaborators region-wide.
• Manage forecasting, pipeline oversight, territory planning, and conduct business reviews to maintain operational excellence and consistent growth.
• Act as the voice of the EMEA market, relaying advertiser insights and customer feedback to product, engineering, and leadership teams.
• Work cross-functionally to support product launches, market expansions, and strategic customer initiatives.
• Implement scalable processes, playbooks, and best practices to enable expansion across diverse markets and customer segments.
• Represent OpenAI's advertising offerings publicly at industry events, media engagements, and speaking opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Over 15 years of experience in digital advertising, media, technology, or similar commercial leadership roles.
• At least 10 years leading successful teams in sales, account management, customer success, or revenue operations.
• Proven skills in building new products from inception within dynamic, entrepreneurial environments.
• Enthusiastic about the role of AI in marketing and passionate about influencing its future.
• Demonstrated history of surpassing revenue targets and scaling businesses internationally.
• Experienced managing distributed teams across EMEA with an understanding of the region’s diverse cultures and business landscapes.
• Exceptional leadership skills, including recruitment, coaching, development, and motivation of teams towards ambitious goals.
• Adept at cultivating strong relationships with C-suite executives, agency leaders, and senior decision-makers.
• Strong strategic planning capabilities, coupled with a results-oriented approach and operational discipline.
• Data-driven decision-maker comfortable leveraging analytics to guide business priorities and accountability.
• Thrives in fluid, rapidly evolving environments and adept at establishing new businesses, processes, and teams.
• Passionate about AI and dedicated to responsibly shaping how advertisers integrate transformative technologies at scale.

Additional Information

The role is based in the Dublin office with a hybrid working model requiring three days a week onsite and frequent travel across EMEA.
