About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Regional HR Business Partner to join our team, supporting a global data centre client operating in over 30 countries within the EMEA region. Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, this full-time remote role requires up to 25% travel and focuses on partnering with senior leadership to implement HR strategies that enhance business results, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders across EMEA to deliver effective HR strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce optimization.
- Analyze HR data and workforce metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders spanning numerous EMEA countries.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven HR expertise with progressive experience across core HR disciplines including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and talent development.
- Comprehensive understanding of employment law.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical capabilities.
- Experience working across various countries or cultures is highly desirable.
- Background in operations, data centres, or contract security is beneficial but not essential.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%, sometimes on short notice.
