Role Overview
This position sits at the front desk and supports patient handling, billing support, query resolution, and report coordination for a diagnostic center in Hyderabad.
Core Duties
- Welcome patients and create the requisition slip using the doctor’s prescription or the test request form submitted by the patient/customer.
- Collect the correct amount in cash or credit against patient and customer requests.
- Verify whether the patient is prepared for the required tests.
- Explain the relevant tests and direct patients to the appropriate room or floor.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to questions from patients and other customers.
- Track report progress and follow up on the status when needed.
- Release reports only after confirming the correct recipient.
- Keep the cash handover register, record cash and card transactions, and share the daily statement with the branch manager.
Compensation
The offered pay is INR 17,200 to INR 29,000 per month.
