Job Overview

We are seeking a Product Support Engineer to join our team, located in Noida, India. The role focuses on delivering technical support and collaborating across departments to enhance our products.

Key Responsibilities

Work jointly with multiple internal teams to drive product enhancements and resolve issues.
Handle and respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels promptly.
Deliver technical support adhering to defined service level agreements (SLAs).
Create and maintain documentation of solutions for use in the company's knowledge base.

Candidate Requirements

Diploma in any field of specialization.
Proficiency in English and Hindi to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Compensation

The position offers an annual salary ranging from 216000 to 360000 INR.
