Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar culinary role.
- Strong knowledge of pizza and manakish dough preparation, fermentation, and baking processes.
- Prior experience working in settings such as restaurants, hotels, bakeries, or pizzerias.
- Possession of a Food Handler Certificate is mandatory.
- Additional certifications like Food Safety & HACCP are advantageous.
- Culinary or hospitality qualifications will be considered a plus.
- Ability to operate efficiently in a busy work environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
