Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar culinary role.
• Strong knowledge of pizza and manakish dough preparation, fermentation, and baking processes.
• Prior experience working in settings such as restaurants, hotels, bakeries, or pizzerias.
• Possession of a Food Handler Certificate is mandatory.
• Additional certifications like Food Safety & HACCP are advantageous.
• Culinary or hospitality qualifications will be considered a plus.
• Ability to operate efficiently in a busy work environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
