About the Role

Blinkit is seeking a dedicated Picker / Packer to support efficient order fulfillment processes. This role involves preparing orders, scanning products, managing inventory, and utilizing internet resources to assist work duties.

Key Responsibilities

Packaging customer orders accurately.
Scanning products to ensure correct item identification.
Utilizing internet tools to facilitate operational tasks.
Maintaining inventory records and organization.

Requirements

Minimum education: 10th standard pass; 12th pass or any graduate is also acceptable.
Experience level: Suitable for freshers up to 1 year of experience in any field.
Age range: 18 to 35 years old.

Working Conditions

Rotational shifts including both day and night schedules.
Shift duration covers 9 hours including breaks.

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly salary between ₹15,000 and ₹18,000.
Provident Fund and Employees’ State Insurance Corporation benefits included.
Attendance-based bonuses and performance incentives.
Opportunity for overtime work with additional pay.

Job Location

Positions are based in Surat, Gujarat, specifically at Athwa Gate and Majura Gate.
