About the Role
Blinkit is seeking a dedicated Picker / Packer to support efficient order fulfillment processes. This role involves preparing orders, scanning products, managing inventory, and utilizing internet resources to assist work duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Packaging customer orders accurately.
- Scanning products to ensure correct item identification.
- Utilizing internet tools to facilitate operational tasks.
- Maintaining inventory records and organization.
Requirements
- Minimum education: 10th standard pass; 12th pass or any graduate is also acceptable.
- Experience level: Suitable for freshers up to 1 year of experience in any field.
- Age range: 18 to 35 years old.
Working Conditions
- Rotational shifts including both day and night schedules.
- Shift duration covers 9 hours including breaks.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary between ₹15,000 and ₹18,000.
- Provident Fund and Employees’ State Insurance Corporation benefits included.
- Attendance-based bonuses and performance incentives.
- Opportunity for overtime work with additional pay.
Job Location
Positions are based in Surat, Gujarat, specifically at Athwa Gate and Majura Gate.
