Role overview
For the Eichwalde location in Germany, we are looking for a Personaldisponent (m/w/d) to join a growing staffing services company. The position offers varied day-to-day work, a high degree of ownership, and the opportunity to contribute directly to the company’s continued development.
Responsibilities
- Recruit employees for temporary staffing assignments.
- Conduct interviews, manage contract finalization, and support assignments throughout their lifecycle.
- Serve as a contact person for clients, applicants, employees, and public authorities.
- Accept assignments, maintain documentation, and coordinate staffing schedules.
- Ensure compliance with collective agreement rules and legal requirements.
Profile
- Completed vocational training as a personnel services clerk or another commercial qualification.
- Professional experience in employee leasing / temporary staffing.
- Diligence, reliability, and enthusiasm in carrying out tasks.
- A strong level of independence, initiative, and creativity.
- Valid driving licence class B.
