Role overview

For the Eichwalde location in Germany, we are looking for a Personaldisponent (m/w/d) to join a growing staffing services company. The position offers varied day-to-day work, a high degree of ownership, and the opportunity to contribute directly to the company’s continued development.

Responsibilities

• Recruit employees for temporary staffing assignments.
• Conduct interviews, manage contract finalization, and support assignments throughout their lifecycle.
• Serve as a contact person for clients, applicants, employees, and public authorities.
• Accept assignments, maintain documentation, and coordinate staffing schedules.
• Ensure compliance with collective agreement rules and legal requirements.

Profile

• Completed vocational training as a personnel services clerk or another commercial qualification.
• Professional experience in employee leasing / temporary staffing.
• Diligence, reliability, and enthusiasm in carrying out tasks.
• A strong level of independence, initiative, and creativity.
• Valid driving licence class B.
