We are seeking a seasoned Performance Tester with extensive expertise in JMeter to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The ideal candidate will bring over seven years of concentrated experience in performance testing, demonstrating advanced skills in performance engineering and tool utilization.

Key Responsibilities and Expertise

• Conduct thorough performance testing using JMeter to evaluate system reliability and scalability.
• Perform detailed analysis of thread dumps and heap dumps to diagnose and resolve application performance issues.
• Apply comprehensive performance engineering techniques to optimize software performance effectively.
• Utilize Dynatrace or similar application performance monitoring tools for data collection and problem identification.
• Familiarize with modern concepts such as Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Chaos Engineering, and Non-Functional Testing (NFT) to enhance testing methodologies.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least seven years of dedicated experience in performance testing with a focus on JMeter.
• Demonstrated expertise in analyzing thread and heap dumps.
• Solid knowledge of performance engineering strategies.
• Exposure to Dynatrace tool for performance monitoring.
• Additional beneficial knowledge in NFT, SRE, and Chaos Engineering principles.
