Performance Tester (JMeter / Load Runner / Dynatrace)

About the Role

Infosys, a global frontrunner in digital services and consulting, is seeking Performance Testers with 3 to 10 years of experience skilled in JMeter, Load Runner, and Dynatrace. The successful candidate will join the consulting team to facilitate various project phases, contributing to problem definition, effort estimation, solution design, and deployment. This role supports clients across India in their digital transformation efforts, leveraging advanced testing and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the consulting team during all project stages, including identification of issues, estimating efforts, analyzing problems, and designing as well as implementing solutions.
• Conduct research by reviewing literature, public domain information, and vendor evaluations to explore alternative solution approaches and build proof of concepts.
• Create comprehensive requirement specifications derived from business needs and define future state processes with detailed functional designs.
• Configure and tailor solution requirements within product environments; analyze and diagnose any operational issues, provide clarifications, and identify suitable solution alternatives.
• Engage in both unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions to clients.

Educational Qualification and Eligibility

Open to candidates holding a Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Technology, Master of Science, Bachelor of Science, or Master of Computer Applications in any specialization.
