About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to be the essential voice of our business, delivering outstanding customer experiences while fostering strong partnerships. This role involves engaging with clients through various communication platforms including telephone, web chat, email, and social media. Beyond managing incoming inquiries, you will proactively reach out to customers to identify new opportunities and assist sales efforts through outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls related to services, orders, complaints, quotations, and invoice inquiries.
- Proactively follow up with customers to nurture leads and discover sales prospects.
- Generate leads via outbound calling for Account Manager follow-up.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships by understanding clients' needs and future objectives.
- Assist customers in effectively utilizing digital tools and the webshop.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and internal departments to align business goals.

Candidate Profile
- Demonstrable experience in outbound calling and/or sales.
- Comfortable initiating customer contact and identifying potential opportunities.

- Proficient with MS Office and adept at using multiple systems simultaneously.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the capability to work autonomously.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Commercially aware with a genuine passion for building customer relationships.
