Job Responsibilities
- Identify and diagnose issues in tractors and agricultural machinery relating to hydraulics, engine systems, driveline, electrical components, or telematics.
- Develop systematic approaches for root cause analysis to resolve recurring equipment failures in the field.
- Provide expert technical support to dealers, field technicians, and engineering teams handling complex technical problems.
- Maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting processes and findings.
- Perform all duties based out of Pune.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
- Applicants must hold any graduate degree.
- Prior experience or familiarity with troubleshooting tractor or agricultural equipment problems is desired.
