Job Responsibilities

• Identify and diagnose issues in tractors and agricultural machinery relating to hydraulics, engine systems, driveline, electrical components, or telematics.
• Develop systematic approaches for root cause analysis to resolve recurring equipment failures in the field.
• Provide expert technical support to dealers, field technicians, and engineering teams handling complex technical problems.
• Maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting processes and findings.
• Perform all duties based out of Pune.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Applicants must hold any graduate degree.
• Prior experience or familiarity with troubleshooting tractor or agricultural equipment problems is desired.
