Job Overview
Bala Associates Engineers & Contractors Private Ltd., a premier commercial MEP contractor in India, specializes in innovative solutions across residential, commercial, hospital, retail, and industrial sectors. We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quantity Surveyor specializing in MEP Plumbing and Firefighting to join our project team in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the project team to develop designs and estimate project costs accurately.
- Utilize AutoCAD and relevant software tools to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable building codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Conduct quantity take-offs, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and perform detailed cost analysis.
- Assist project managers in tracking budgets and implementing cost control measures.
- Maintain precise documentation and reports to keep all project stakeholders informed.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Diploma in any specialization is required.
Additional Information
- Expected salary range: INR 300,000 to 475,000 per annum.
