We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quantity Surveyor specializing in MEP Plumbing and Firefighting to join our project team in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the project team to develop designs and estimate project costs accurately.
• Utilize AutoCAD and relevant software tools to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable building codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Conduct quantity take-offs, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and perform detailed cost analysis.
• Assist project managers in tracking budgets and implementing cost control measures.
• Maintain precise documentation and reports to keep all project stakeholders informed.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• Diploma in any specialization is required.

Additional Information

• Expected salary range: INR 300,000 to 475,000 per annum.
