About the Role

At Unateus, we are dedicated to assembling high-performing call center teams across Africa, including Ghana, Nigeria, and South Africa. We seek a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can maintain a continuous pipeline of candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit call center operators efficiently across targeted African countries.
Source candidates using diverse platforms such as job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment avenues.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Manage candidate progression throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate closely with Team Leaders and Operations to align recruitment efforts.
Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs and hiring milestones.
Contribute to enhancing recruitment processes and improving candidate experience.

Who We're Looking For

Individuals with prior recruitment experience, preferably in mass hiring contexts.
Professionals who enjoy daily interactions with people and are highly organized.
Those capable of managing multiple vacancies simultaneously and comfortable working towards recruitment targets.
Candidates exhibiting ownership mentality without excuse-making tendencies.

Experience recruiting in call centers, customer service, retail, hospitality, logistics, or other high-volume operational sectors is highly advantageous.
