  • Lead monthly logistics and financial meetings to coordinate operations.
  • Provide operational assistance during local and international deployments and act as Assistant Tour Director for all overseas trips.
  • Function as a Staff Officer overseeing logistics and financial capability development.
  • Address the challenge of balancing specialized SAF Band logistical and financial requirements with stringent governance and compliance standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Academic qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics, particularly with procurement, contract and vendor management, lifecycle asset control, and facility maintenance.
  • Preferably knowledgeable about musical instruments, equipment, and military band operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational competencies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and systematic work approach.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic operational setting.
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a team environment.
