Role Overview
Dezert Innovation Technology Company is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Lead Generation Specialist to drive the identification and qualification of high-value sales prospects within the domains of SAP, ERP, digital transformation, and IT solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our client's portfolio by delivering well-researched and quality leads to our sales team.
Primary Duties
- Systematically research and pinpoint potential clients across multiple industries.
- Create qualified leads using tools such as LinkedIn, targeted emails, cold calls, and diverse outbound strategies.
- Evaluate leads against business requirements and project viability.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings between prospective clients and the Business Development team.
- Keep CRM databases up to date with accurate client information and progress.
- Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline to ensure steady lead flow.
- Work closely with marketing teams to support and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Engage in continuous follow-up and communication with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead count and scheduled appointments.
Qualifications
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or similar disciplines.
- Between 2 to 4 years of professional experience in lead generation, sales development, business development, or inside sales roles.
- Prior involvement in B2B technology sales is advantageous.
- Familiarity or expertise in SAP, ERP systems, cloud platforms, or IT solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication talents coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalents.
- Demonstrated capability in research and prospecting methodologies.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are considered a plus.
Preferred Technical Skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Skillful in executing email outreach campaigns.
- Competency in cold calling techniques.
- Expertise in CRM system management.
- Ability to build and nurture sales pipelines.
- Strong lead qualification acumen.
- Effective market research capabilities.
