Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Lathe Machine Operators to join our team at Siora Surgicals, a company specializing in medical devices and equipment. This position is located at Plot No. 1792, HSIIDC, Industrial Estate, Rai, District – Sonipat, Haryana, and offers a permanent, full-time role with a monthly salary between Rs 20,000 and Rs 21,000.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate lathe machines efficiently.
Perform mechanical operations such as chamfering, turning, taper turning, boring, and knurling.
Apply knowledge of tap and drill sizes, including Metric and UNC/UNF thread standards.
Select appropriate tools according to different material grades like stainless steel and titanium.
Maintain precision by working within strict tolerances in a production-driven environment.
Use tooling instructions or standard charts to follow specification procedures accurately.
Conduct routine machine maintenance, monitor tool wear, and replace tools when necessary.
