Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Lathe Machine Operators to join our team at Siora Surgicals, a company specializing in medical devices and equipment. This position is located at Plot No. 1792, HSIIDC, Industrial Estate, Rai, District – Sonipat, Haryana, and offers a permanent, full-time role with a monthly salary between Rs 20,000 and Rs 21,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate lathe machines efficiently.
• Perform mechanical operations such as chamfering, turning, taper turning, boring, and knurling.
• Apply knowledge of tap and drill sizes, including Metric and UNC/UNF thread standards.
• Select appropriate tools according to different material grades like stainless steel and titanium.
• Maintain precision by working within strict tolerances in a production-driven environment.
• Use tooling instructions or standard charts to follow specification procedures accurately.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance, monitor tool wear, and replace tools when necessary.
