Junior Site Engineer

Overview

Feel The Floors is seeking a committed Junior Site Engineer who will supervise construction sites to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. The candidate must possess strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and excellent client coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage on-site activities.
• Track project progress to guarantee completion within deadlines.
• Liaise with clients and installation teams to facilitate smooth operations.
• Ensure that work aligns with approved blueprints and specifications.
• Perform site inspections to uphold quality criteria.
• Monitor materials and manage inventory at the site.
• Participate in client meetings and deliver product presentations.

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• Have 6 to 12 months of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project documentation.
• Effective communication and coordination capabilities.
• Ability to understand and analyze construction drawings.
• Willingness to travel to various project locations.
• Ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹16,000, depending on experience.
• Travel allowance provided when applicable.
