Overview
Feel The Floors is seeking a committed Junior Site Engineer who will supervise construction sites to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. The candidate must possess strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and excellent client coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage on-site activities.
- Track project progress to guarantee completion within deadlines.
- Liaise with clients and installation teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Ensure that work aligns with approved blueprints and specifications.
- Perform site inspections to uphold quality criteria.
- Monitor materials and manage inventory at the site.
- Participate in client meetings and deliver product presentations.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- Have 6 to 12 months of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project documentation.
- Effective communication and coordination capabilities.
- Ability to understand and analyze construction drawings.
- Willingness to travel to various project locations.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹16,000, depending on experience.
- Travel allowance provided when applicable.
