About the Role

Unflinching Recruitment Solutions And Services is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiters to join the team at the Vadapalani office. This full-time position requires candidates to work from the office and is focused on IT and Non-IT recruitment. Part-time opportunities are available as freelance engagements. Candidates must possess their own laptops and demonstrate strong English communication skills; proficiency in Hindi is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Comprehend and analyze recruitment requirements thoroughly.
• Identify and source suitable candidates from various channels.
• Conduct screening interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
• Arrange and manage interview schedules efficiently.
• Facilitate job offer process and onboarding activities.
• Maintain and update recruitment tracking systems diligently.

Requirements

• 0 to 3 years of recruitment experience in IT and Non-IT domains.
• Excellent command of English; Hindi speaking ability is a notable plus.
• Must have a personal laptop for work-related tasks.
• Energetic, focused, and methodical in recruitment processes.
• Educational background in Human Resource Management or related fields.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management and Development, Bachelor of Commerce in HR, or Bachelor of Business Administration/Management Studies in Human Resource Management.
