Role Overview

The Job Controller ensures optimal allocation of repair tasks across production lines, maximizing time and resource efficiency. This position underpins workshop profitability by upholding prescribed work standards while adhering strictly to quality and safety norms. Close coordination with personnel and updating schedules are key facets, alongside maintaining discipline within the service area.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute assigned repair jobs within established standards and scheduled timeframes, following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a disciplined, safe, and clean service environment in accordance with company regulations.
• Collaborate with the Workshop Controller to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations.
• Partner with management to plan and organize repair schedules effectively.
• Regularly update and track job scheduling and progress control to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality management system protocols.
• Keep abreast of technological updates, working methods, and timing standards to enhance productivity and quality.
• Maintain comprehensive electronic or paper records of completed services following QMS SOP guidelines.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by supervisors to support workshop activities.
• Contribute to team objectives and organizational improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to ALAC Quality Management Systems and health and safety standards to avoid environmental harm.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a degree or diploma in any discipline.
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a reputable workshop performing a similar role.
• Certified as Master B&P Advisor or Technician.
• Fluent in spoken Arabic with proficient computer skills.
