Overview

The Human Resources Supervisor will serve as a strategic ally within the Mobile Internet Business Group, providing critical support to business management and aligning HR functions with organizational goals in East Africa.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic assistance to the HR team supporting the Mobile Internet Business Group to effectively support business managers.
Support the Overseas HR Leader and Regional HR Manager for Africa in managing daily HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and interpretation of local policies within the Mobile Internet Business Group.
Deliver HR services related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Performance Reviews not only in Kenya but also potentially across other East African countries.
Collaborate with Chinese HR Business Partners globally to understand business needs and manage compliance with country-specific regulations.
Work alongside African Group HR teams to execute regional and local HR policies appropriately.
Handle various ad-hoc tasks related to HR functional matters within the Mobile Internet Business Group across Africa.
