Human Resources Supervisor

Overview

The Human Resources Supervisor will serve as a strategic ally within the Mobile Internet Business Group, providing critical support to business management and aligning HR functions with organizational goals in East Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic assistance to the HR team supporting the Mobile Internet Business Group to effectively support business managers.
• Support the Overseas HR Leader and Regional HR Manager for Africa in managing daily HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and interpretation of local policies within the Mobile Internet Business Group.
• Deliver HR services related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Performance Reviews not only in Kenya but also potentially across other East African countries.
• Collaborate with Chinese HR Business Partners globally to understand business needs and manage compliance with country-specific regulations.
• Work alongside African Group HR teams to execute regional and local HR policies appropriately.
• Handle various ad-hoc tasks related to HR functional matters within the Mobile Internet Business Group across Africa.
