Baalmitra Kids Pvt. Ltd., operating within the education sector, is seeking a motivated HR Executive to assist with recruitment efforts aimed at hiring Area Sales Managers and Educational Counsellors to support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media platforms, WhatsApp, and local recruitment networks.
• Manage recruitment for positions such as Area Sales Managers and Educational Counsellors.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on communication ability, relevant experience, and job suitability.
• Conduct preliminary HR interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Inform candidates about job roles, compensation packages, including salary and incentives.
• Arrange interviews with management personnel.
• Maintain and update databases and records related to recruitment activities.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates through to joining.
• Oversee joining procedures and basic onboarding formalities.
• Meet monthly recruitment targets set by the organization.
• Prepare and submit recruitment status reports daily and weekly.
• Develop a robust pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior HR or recruitment experience is advantageous.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Confidence in telephonic communication with candidates.
• Basic proficiency with WhatsApp, Excel or Google Sheets, and online job platforms.
• Strong abilities in persuasion and consistent follow-up.
• Organized with a target-driven approach.
• Experience in recruitment within sales, education, counselling, or field sales sectors is desirable.

Positions to Recruit

• Area Sales Manager: Responsible for sales in education, business development, field visits, maintaining school or partner relationships, and meeting sales goals.

Salary & Growth

The monthly compensation ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹25,000, supplemented by performance-based incentives. The final salary depends on the applicant's prior experience and recruitment proficiency, with additional incentives for successful hires.
