Hospitality Manager - Healthcare Facilities in Makkah & Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Hospitality Manager to oversee hospitality operations within multiple healthcare facilities in Makkah and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to raising service standards and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff within one of the Kingdom's rapidly expanding private healthcare organizations. Operating across several sites, you will lead teams and contractor partners to maintain excellence in cleanliness, service, and patient experience while supporting the launch of new hospitals.

Core Responsibilities

• Direct hospitality operations across hospitals in Makkah and Jeddah, guaranteeing high-quality service, cleanliness, and patient satisfaction.
• Lead and develop in-house hospitality, housekeeping, and support teams alongside external vendors.
• Set and enforce hospitality, Quality, Health, Safety, Environment (QHSE), and patient experience standards in compliance with medical regulations and accreditation protocols.
• Drive service enhancements through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), audits, and patient feedback mechanisms.
• Facilitate hospitality preparations and standards deployment for new healthcare facilities from their inception.
• Collaborate with hospital management and clinical teams to oversee operations, handle performance reporting, budgeting, and optimize costs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Facility Management, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 6 to 10+ years in hospitality management, with substantial experience managing operations across multiple sites preferred.
• Previous work within healthcare environments such as hospitals or medical centers is highly advantageous.
• Prior experience operating in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region is strongly preferred.
• Proven capability in managing multicultural teams and external contractors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of hospitality workflows, patient experience strategies, service excellence, QHSE standards, and healthcare accreditation requirements.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English (written and oral). Proficiency in French would be beneficial.

Additional Information

• Applicants must be willing and able to travel regularly between healthcare sites in Makkah and Jeddah.
• Candidates should be capable of overseeing female staff accommodations.
