About the Role
Join The Walt Disney Company as a Health Data Analyst supporting Health Services within the Disney Experiences segment. This project-based internal assignment involves managing and analyzing health technology systems and datasets to enhance health services operations, specifically related to Disney Cruise Line applications. You will work under the Manager of Health Systems and Metrics and contribute to the advancement of health-related projects until approximately March 27, 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and support electronic medical record applications and oversee user account administration.
- Govern application policies and configure systems to meet evolving business requirements.
- Assist with health services technology, emphasizing Disney Cruise Line platforms.
- Gather and analyze data using various qualitative methods such as interviews, observations, and surveys.
- Create compelling visual presentations to convey analytical results to business leadership.
- Carry out routine system audits and generate reports on daily, weekly, and quarterly intervals.
- Develop detailed reporting and financial modeling.
- Engage in research and planning of population health studies, preventative strategies, and intervention assessments.
- Support health program initiatives through monitoring, data analysis, and evaluation.
- Design and manage study protocols including health questionnaires, sample selection, and data analysis methodologies.
- Research and innovate methodologies for data collection, study design, and impact presentation.
- Provide expert data consultation internally and externally, collaborating across multiple departments and initiatives.
- Participate in long-term interdisciplinary projects, ensuring project innovation, and adherence to timelines and benchmarks.
- Foster positive relationships among colleagues and stakeholders while supporting strategic health initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with database and analytical tools including MySQL, Microsoft Excel and Access, Tableau, and EpiInfo.
- Strong data analysis and critical thinking skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with flexibility and strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and statistics.
- Preferred experience of 1-3 years in health or technology sectors, including familiarity with electronic health records.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Master's Degree preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position in Lake Buena Vista, FL, is $75,700 to $101,400 annually. Actual compensation will reflect internal equity and consider geographic location, relevant skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits may include bonuses, long-term incentives, and a comprehensive package of medical and financial benefits dependent on job level.

This is a full-time onsite position designated as a project hire/internal assignment, with no guaranteed permanent placement and anticipated conclusion date of March 27, 2027.
